KMPF Students

Eligible students in KMPF partner schools and colleges are referred to as the KMPF Cohort.

This cohort includes:

  • Students whose parents or guardians have no experience of university or higher education.
  • Students from neighbourhoods with low progression rates to higher education – this is determined by postcode using POLAR 4, which is the latest national measure of young participation in higher education.
  • Students experiencing additional barriers to HE progression, such as being in care, disabled, or a young carer.

How do I check which students are eligible for KMPF activities?

The KMPF Support Team works with your school to identify students who are likely to benefit most from taking part in higher education outreach opportunities.

Contact the KMPF Support Team who can check postcodes for groups of students.
