KMPF has launched its new Strategy 2025-2028, ‘Inclusive Pathways to Higher Education, which outlines the organisation’s priorities for the next three years.

The strategy sets out how we will work together over the next three years as a regional partnership to increase the number of students progressing to higher education, particularly those currently under-represented.

Key priorities:

The strategy focuses on five key objectives, including:

  1. Collaborate to engage more under-represented students in intensive outreach activity
  2. Provide bespoke support for priority groups that addresses underlying barriers
  3. Measure the impact of partnership interventions and grow a culture of continuous improvement
  4. Raise the profile of the partnership by sharing good practice and influencing policy
  5. Improve the financial sustainability of the partnership

Gavin Delf, KMPF Hub Manager, said, “Students at all stages of education, and especially those who face disadvantage, are still trying to overcome learning losses suffered during the pandemic. With less funding available in the sector we will only be able to deliver our mission with increased strategic collaboration. This will include greater sharing of resources and expertise then delivering programmes we know provide impact.”

The full strategy is available on the ‘What We Do’ page on our website. Read it here.
