How long have you been part of the KMPF team, and what does your role involve?

I have worked for KMPF since November 2020. I am responsible for compiling various reports as well as everything relating to the HEAT database (Higher Education Access Tracker), including ensuring consistency and accuracy across the region’s users.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Being part of a small department gives opportunities to get involved in lots of different tasks and projects.

What did you do before joining KMPF, and how has that experience helped you in your current role?

I worked at a Finance University for 15 years and was responsible for producing extensive documentation, including: Module and Programme Progression paperwork; Exam and coursework malpractice cases; Student complaint investigations; Multiple choice question analysis and paper performance reports.

Is there a project you’ve worked on that you’re especially proud of? Why?

Helping to organise and deliver our annual Partnership Summit conference is both challenging and very rewarding.

Tell us something fun or surprising about you!

I was once an extra in a British Airways TV commercial.
