Pathways to Possibility: SEND Transitions into Higher Education is a free, cross-sector conference bringing together practitioners from education, careers guidance, student support, and related fields to share knowledge, explore practical approaches and build the collaborative relationships that help SEND students thrive.
The day will focus on supporting disabled and SEND learners aged 16–24 to progress confidently into higher education and long-term career success with sessions designed to be directly relevant to your day-to-day practice.
